I have always had a passion to help people and provide solutions to issues while being able to express a little creativity. Since childhood- learning new ways of doing things, being outside and getting down and dirty has always felt rewarding. I took the classic college path and desk job, while still continuing my “Jack-of-all-Trades” mentality in the off hours.

The childhood dream of running my own company started to take over, I left the Finance Industry after almost 14 years- Schwarzmann Solutions is in flight.

Primarily focusing on Lawn Care and Landscaping/Garden Beds/Fences, as a “Jack-of-all-Trades”, I am also happy to assist with smaller General Home Maintenance Services. • I am currently a business of 1, allowing me to provide a more personal and direct point of contact and maintain quality of services rendered. This means I don’t have as much overhead costs as a larger company so I can often provide a better price point, but some services will take longer

• I have held security clearances and had Financial Licenses (no longer active)- I have a clean record, feel free to verify!

• I am a SC Registered LLC (Expanding to NC in the next few weeks)

• I am Insured! (Some exclusions exist, I can provide the exclusion list prior to any work)

• I am currently not a licensed Electrician/Plumber/Contractor/etc- this limits the amount of work I can do in these service areas. Different states, counties and cities can have varying license requirements for work- I strive to stay compliant
